ARSENAL fans were furious after it was revealed they will play three of the top six in their first seven matches next season.
The Premier League fixtures were released at 9am this morning, throwing up some tasty early clashes.
But it was bad news for the Gunners once again, a year on from facing Manchester City and Chelsea in their opening two games.
Arsenal will go to Newcastle on the opening day as part of Super Sunday and then host Burnley, things then get very tricky indeed.
On the third weekend of the season, they face arguably the toughest task of the season by heading to Anfield, where Liverpool were unbeaten last term.
The following matchday then sees the first North London derby of the season as Spurs head to the Emirates.
After Watford away and Aston Villa at home, Unai Emery’s men must head to Old Trafford to face Manchester United as both sides look to force their way back into the top four and the Champions League.
And Arsenal fans were unsurprisingly quick to vent their anger on social media.
‘I HATE MY LIFE’
One said: “Liverpool and Spurs in August back to back I hate my life.”
Another added: “Last season MC Chelsea. This season Liverpool Spurs. Does it always have to be like that?”
A third wrote: “Reading Arsenal fixtures and not being confident about any of them.”
One tweeted: “Liverpool away early. Saves the heartache of being battered for Christmas.”
And a pessimistic fan wrote: “That’s like two points out of 12 points in August.”
Another said: “Liverpool and Spurs in the first 4 and last 4. Good job we’ll have nothing to play for.”

And another joked: “Another easy start. Lovely.”
