ROBERTO FIRMINO pulled off a gnarly bit of skill during Liverpool’s win over Arsenal.
The Brazilian showed scant regard for Dani Ceballos’ pride with the move and Arsenal’s new midfielder won’t want to watch the footage back.
Firmino was advancing with the ball with Ceballos breathing down his neck when he spooned the ball up and back over the midfielder’s head.
He then fired a volley towards Arsenal’s goal but unfortunately for Firmino – and the watching public – it did not nestle in the top corner.
Liverpool won the game 3-1 in the end thanks to a brace from Mo Salah and a Joel Matip header.
David Luiz had a shocker while Firmino had a relatively quiet afternoon apart from the silky piece of skill.
Fans on social media were quick to react to footage of the move with one tweeting: “Firmino committing a murder live on television and with 55,000 witnesses present.”
