DELE ALLI scored a wonder goal against Manchester United to equalise for Tottenham.
The midfielder’s England team-mate Marcus Rashford opened the lead on six minutes after he cut in from the left and somehow beat keeper Paulo Gazzaniga at the near post.
But the stopper’s blushes were spared emphatically after Alli netted his fourth goal in as many matches under new boss Jose Mourinho.
The playmaker took the ball down after it fell loose from a shot and easily shrugged off a tackle from Fred by flicking it around the hopeless United midfielder.
Alli’s flick put him at an impossible angle but he somehow poked the ball past David De Gea to level the game.
Fans online were gobsmacked with the finish – with one questioning what Mourinho has been feeding the inform midfielder.
One said: “He’s definitely back.”
Another said: “In absolute awe of this goal by Dele Alli.”
One added: “What has Mourinho been feeding Dele Alli.”
It was not the only talking point from the half, as United winger Dan James took out former Old Trafford boss Jose Mourinho on his return to Manchester.
Welshman James was battling for the ball with Spurs midfielder Harry Winks when he tumbled off the pitch.
