MASON GREENWOOD is one of the best finishers at Manchester United, according to ex-Red Devil Louis Saha.
The 18-year-old has burst on to the scene this campaign and his impressive form for someone so young has caught the eye of current and ex-players alike.
Greenwood has bagged nine goals from 25 first team appearances this season and seems to be on a path to success.
And according to ex-United striker Saha, there are few better goalscorers than Greenwood at the club.
Speaking to Bonuscodebets, Saha said: “Greenwood has been great this season.
“He is a young player and I want to make sure that he keeps level-headed.
“He needs to keep working hard in training and keep doing what he is doing as currently, he is really impressing people.
“His finishing is excellent, which to me, is not surprising.
“From what I hear from some of my connections, he is one of the best finishers at the club.
“Where the team lacks, is sometimes you need more experience around the younger players to explain to them when they have done something wrong or have made a mistake as it helps with their development.
“He needs to keep himself motivated, perform well and keep doing what he is doing.
“He is exciting the fans.”
Another United legend to weigh in with praise for the youngster is Robin van Persie.
Asked if he rated Greenwood on an Instagram Q and A, the 36-year-old former Arsenal man replied in hilarious fashion.
He said: “I think he will be very good because during every game he tries to copy me.
“My style, my technique, my left foot, my way of finishing… so, I’m sure he will end up well.”
Despite his swift rise to United’s first-team, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer recently told Greenwood to forget an England call up for the Euros and concentrate on his club form.
Solskjaer said: “I think Mason will have a top and long career.

“But let the boy settle in now first before we talk about England and Euros.
“His focus has to be on playing more for us, improving — and when he plays more for us that will happen by itself.
“He’s just been picked for England Under-21s so he’s focusing on his football.”
