REAL MADRID are reportedly considering a summer swoop for Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga.

Frank Lampard is allegedly hoping to get rid of Kepa at the end of the season and bring in Barcelona keeper Marc-Andre Ter Stegen.

The Daily Star claim that Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane is weighing up a potential bid for the Blues shot-stopper.

He joined Chelsea from Athletic Bilbao for a club record £71million in August 2018.

But Lampard is ready to ditch him in the summer as he has made a number of costly mistakes.

The Spaniard has only kept six clean sheets in 25 Premier League appearances this season.

Madrid’s move for Kepa will give Chelsea the go-ahead to step up their pursuit for top target Ter Stegen.

Ter Stegen has been linked with a move away from the Nou Camp following his reported bust-up with Lionel Messi.

The German keeper has made 224 appearances for Barca since he joined from Borussia Monchengladbach in 2014.

He has won four LaLiga titles and the Champions League, but Chelsea will look to snap him up this summer.

Manchester United goalkeeper Dean Henderson has also emerged as a potential replacement for Kepa.

Reports have also claimed Ajax stopper Andre Onana has his heart set on taking the No1 jersey at Stamford Bridge.
