The iPhone 5s secret weapon: the camera

When folks raise to envision my iPhone 5s, they forever wish to envision the fingerprint scanner. Then it tell them unconditionally "it's invisible."

While it sounds flip, it's truly quite true. there is very nothing to envision in need of the "Add a Fingerprint" UI that is in Settings > General > Passcode & Fingerprint. And once you have been there and accessorial your digits, there is nearly nothing to envision. there isn't any prompt to unlock your iPhone together with your finger, you only bit the button. there is one prompt once you obtain Associate in Nursing app, however World Health Organization desires to perpetually obtain apps to demo the fingerprint scanner?

Purchasing Associate in Nursing app is one among the few ways in which to envision the fingerprint scanning UI - Jason O'Grady
In fact, it's such a nasty visual demo that Apple had to form a dummy "Fingerprint" app that is put in on the house screen of the demo iPhone 5s' within the Apple Store. All it will is scan your finger in order that you'll be able to take a look at the UI. (Fingerprints aren't saved in line with the tiny text at rock bottom of the screen.)

The real killer feature within the iPhone 5s is that the camera, and it isn't shocking that it is the hottest camera within the world.

The additional i exploit it, the additional that it amazes Maine. i will write additional regarding it as i purchase softer with it, however there square measure 2 camera options that square measure completely wonderful and alone square measure price obtaining the iPhone 5s over the 5c for.

Burst Mode and Slo-Mo.

When somebody asks Maine for the 'fingerprint demo,' my stock answer is that "it's invisible... however watch this." Then I launch the Camera app and bit and hold the shutter button whereas it fires off ten frames per second for as long as I hold the button. The paparazzi-like, machine gun effect of the shutter splitting frames is mind-blowingly cool.

I love this feature most as a result of I even have 2 little children and obtaining them each to seem at the camera at a similar time is sort of not possible (every parent is conversant in this problem). however currently I simply hold down the shutter button, fireplace off 50-60 frames and "fix it in post." Even additional wonderful is that the iOS seven Camera app typically finds the simplest shots on behalf of me mechanically (called "Favorites"), wherever each children square measure a) not blurred, and b) observing the camera.

The other camera feature i am learning to like is that the one hundred twenty independent agency slow-motion mode that long created the iPhone 5s the "visualist phone of selection," in line with CreateDigitalMotion's Peter Kirn.
