Kolo Toure was guilty of a dreadful error as West Bromich Albion recovered to earn a 1-1 draw with Liverpool at The Hawthorns.
The visiting defender presented home substitute Victor Anichebe to drive the ball into the corner of the net on 67 minutes when he passed the ball straight to the former Everton forward on the edge of his own box.
