Real Madrid goalie Iker Casillas, who picked up an injury during the Champions League clash away at Galatasaray, rejoined his teammates on the training pitch earlier today, Monday.

The Real captain was forced off early on in Turkey after receiving a hefty blow in the ribs from teammate Sergio Ramos. The injury cut short what was his first competitive start for the club in eight months, with Italian coach Carlo Ancelotti having committed to rotating his goalkeepers in European and domestic competition.
Having been diagnosed with a "bruised left rib", the shotstopper spent several days in the treatment room, but has now resumed training with his teammates ahead of Wednesday's meeting with Elche.
Also back in training on Monday was Sergio Ramos, who sat out Real Madrid's 4-1 thrashing of Getafe with fatigue.
Frenchman Karim Benzema and Argentine Ángel di María, however, were not involved in Monday's session and instead did gym work. Meanwhile, Gareth Bale – who missed the Getafe clash after straining his left thigh during the warm-up – and Xabi Alonso both undertook specific recovery exercises.
Carlo Ancelotti has already begun preparing for Wednesday's fixture at the Martínez Valero stadium, where he can ill afford to drop more points if 'Los Blancos' want to keep pace with Barcelona and Atlético de Madrid, who both have a 100% record so far.
