The FA Cup is as important as a top 4 finish to Tottenham

Peter Crouch has underlined the importance of the FA Cup and has stated that winning the FA Cup is as much of a priority as finishing in the top 4.

We play Bolton on Sunday in the Cup and we will need to step up our game after some real lame recent performances and hopefully the players will take a win at Bolton as a step to moving on to better things as Crouch himself says

“When I was growing up the FA Cup was the biggest competition, it is a fantastic competition and going all the way with Liverpool and finally lifting the trophy was probably the best moment of my career and I would love to repeat that with Tottenham,” he said.

“We have all got the belief that we can do well this year. On our day we can beat anyone and we will be looking to make sure we can do as well as we can in the league but the FA Cup is a priority as well.”

We can beat anyone on our day but we can also lose to anyone and that is the biggest issue right now, the lack of consistency.

Lets hope that we get that win on Sunday and that gives us the momentum we seem to have lost recently.
